Alpes The Style Outlets will be nestled in the French Alps near the Swiss border, only a 25-minute drive from Geneva. The centre will offer a mix of luxury and premium brands that attract national and international customers. Because of its location in the heart of the mountains, the centre will prominently feature sports and leisure brands.

It will be built in an "Alpine village" style and will create a promenade destination providing more than just shopping.

NEINVER, investor, developer and operator of this project, wishes to offer future visitors to Alpes The Style Outlets a rich, unique shopping experience thanks to its services, personal attention, and moments full of generosity and surprises!

NEINVER has appointed Thomas Delannée as its Leasing Manager for France.

NEINVER has appointed Thomas Delannée as its Leasing Manager for France. He will report to Régine Bogner, NEINVER’s International Leasing Director. In his new role, Delannée will be responsible for the leasing of Alpes The Style Outlets, NEINVER’s second centre in France. “One of my key priorities will be the opening of the future centre in the French Alps, which I am convinced has all the ingredients to be a benchmark destination for both guests and brands, including its prime location in the heart of the mountains,” says Thomas Delannée. Thomas Delannée has over 10 years’ experience in retail, with strong expertise in retail networks and a deep knowledge of the French market. Before joining NEINVER, he was in charge of development at the fashion retailer IKKS, contributing to the expansion of its outlet network since 2016.

Environmental responsibility

NEINVER was the first operator to earn BREEAM in use certification for its whole portfolio.

NEINVER's centres’ architectural design not only ensures meeting their technical goals but also guarantees that NEINVER’s properties will be benchmarks for sustainable development.

NEINVER's dedication to the environment as part of the company's corporate social responsibility goes beyond the design phase and also involves the operating phase of all centres.

For Alpes The Style Outlets, regulators have required NEINVER to considerably exceed BREEAM standards. NEINVER will work with local and national environmental agencies to set up a very ambitious plan, representing an investment of €2,7 million.

The goal is to protect and develop local species while also developing regional education projects. Neinver will work with local environmental associations and agencies to implement this ambitious plan, not only during the construction phase but also afterwards, when the centre is open to the public.
